JungleXpeditions‘ “OuterNationalizm” mixtape series kicks off 2011 with Ragga-Scum (USA) contributing both mixing duties and original productions on the third installment. The first two in the series, both mixed by label boss RCola, were so well received by the worldwide jungle massive, that he was inspired to hand over the controls to the talented artists on his outernational roster.

RCola relates: “My motivation for JungleXpeditions music distribution and the OuterNationalizm mixtape series has always been to promote the independent & up-and-coming producers I’m currently either rinsing out on dub, or selling to shops.”

“These are most often people I’ve met while on tour and followed up with later online at home. Seeing what works from the international frontlines for the last 10 years has allowed me to recognize where I can help to build on top of what has already been accomplished by the worldwide junglist communities. Getting tunes into playlists and making music available at shops has proved to be a crucial step-up for many of the emerging producers I represent. I’m proud to know these people and continually impressed by jungle music’s evolution.”

Once a month in 2011, JungleXpeditions will name a guest Selecter to present their OuterNationalizm mixtape. This month comes blazing straight outta Ragga-Scum‘s bomb shelter in Kansas City, USA.
